หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as the primary point of contact for our digital agency. You will provide them with content materials (behind-the-scenes, branch events, raw customer stories) for them to polish and promote. You will review all "Always-On" content from the agency before they go live.
• While the agency handles big campaigns, you will capture the fast-paced, daily content that keeps our social media authentic. Monitoring the inbox and comments are your daily routine.
• Connect branches to identify content opportunities and ensure the sales teams are effectively using the tools and leads provided.
• Take ownership of the lead management process. Ensure leads from digital campaigns are routed to the correct branches instantly and track their progress through the sales funnel.
• Consolidate data from the agency and the branches into clear, concise weekly/monthly reports. You will highlight what content is driving the most high-value leads and where we can maximize output.
• Identify gaps between partners and branches, then adjust the content strategy or lead flow to fix it.
